The RCSD Board President presented the 2016 State of the District Address at the January 10, 2017 regular meeting of the Board. The State of the District Address can be read  on our website at: www.rossmoor-csd.org. The RCSD Board of Directors also held its annual election of officers. Election results can also be found on our website. RCSD Board meetings are televised on LATV-3 and are also available for viewing 24/7 on our website.
