The District Tree Consultant in cooperation with the General Manager, Board of Directors and the County, manages the spectacular urban forest which is the hallmark and pride of Rossmoor residents. Rossmoor is special for many reasons, not the least of which is the love, care and respect given to these living, breathing, oxygen-producing wonders of the natural world. Rossmoor's urban forest provides habitat for various species of birds and wildlife. The Great Horned Owl seen in the photo on the left, is a frequent visitor at Rush Park. Keep your eyes open and you will see Peregrine Falcons, Red-Tailed Hawks, hummingbirds, warblers and many other winged creatures and tree loving mammals.
Rossmoor Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Rossmoor Community Services District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
If you need any special assistance or accommodations:

The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best
practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
Compliance Procedures and Reports
